Our products can be shipped to US, UK, CA, AU, MX and DE. We offer Free Shipping on all USA orders.

For USA orders, the shipment we choose is  Fedex / DHL / UPS / USPS , and it’s the fastest shipment. Express shipping delivery date take 3-7 Working Days. 

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing Time: 1-2 business day
Average Delivery Time For US Orders: 3-7 business days
Average Delivery Time For Other Countries: 5-10 business days

 

 

You will receive two emails: one confirmation email when order placed, the second with tracking number when order shipped out. 

How to track your orders?

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email about the tracking information.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information become effective.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to Scacell.com due to any reason (unable to deliver, Customs rejection, incorrect address, etc), the customer will have two options:

• We will contact customers for another delivery. The customer is responsible for the second shipping cost, plus the return shipping cost (if any)
• If the customer decided to cancel the order, we will charge 25% of restocking fee. The remaining payment will be credited to customer credit cards or PayPal account
